Director of Strategic Partnerships (Account Executive): Drives growth by identifying, building, and managing key relationships with schools, nonprofits, and workforce organizations to expand 220 Youth Leadership’s impact.

Director of Customer Success: Leads initiatives to support and retain partners, ensuring successful program implementation, measurable impact, and continuous engagement for lasting relationships.

Director of Custom Projects & Training: Oversees the design and delivery of tailored training solutions, working closely with partners to create impactful, customized programs aligned with their unique goals.
